Type of Engineerining: Electrical
Goal: introduce students to simple electric circuits through a fun project that demonstrates the power of electrolytes in food!
Learning Outcomes: simple electric circuits; how batteries work; alternative energy sources; and fun with fruit. 
Grade Levels: 4th to 8th grade
